First an Earthquake, Now Michele Bachmann Hits Orange County

Tea Party darling Michele Bachmann
will be visiting Costa Mesa Friday morning

Brace yourselves, people, and I don't mean about the earthquake - that 3.5 quake that woke a lot of us up at 2:56 a.m. this morning was nothing compared to what's coming to Orange County Friday morning: Michele Bachmann will be in Costa Mesa.

I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised, Orange County is a primairily Republican, and we must be catnip to conservative Tea Party people like Bachmann. I got the warning news from OC Weekly who announced the news with the title, "Hide Your Kids, Hide Your Values."

(Tea Party) Judgement day will be 9 a.m. at the Orange County Fairgrounds; Bachmann is in town to meet with her protection agency Talon Companies, so I guess she thought she'd pick up some potential votes as long as she's here. The event is free (but parking is $5), and it is scheduled for 15 minutes.
