Get your DVRs ready - this Sunday not one but two Orange County food trucks will be competing on the Food Network's The Great Food Truck Race.

The Lime Truck (from Irvine) and Seabirds (from Costa Mesa) will be slinging their best dishes all over the country  in an effort to take home the coveted $100,000 prize. With their unique food philosopy of California cuisine (Lime Truck) and innovative vegan eats (Seabirds) we know these teams will be giving the others a run for their money.

The show has already finished filming, and to show there are no hard feelings, both trucks will be hosting a viewing party at the OC Mart Mix. Taking place on Sunday from 6 pm to 9:30 pm,  they'll be at the Rotating Kitchen, a section of the mart designed for food trucks to do their thing while fans get to have somewhere to sit and enjoy the magic.

For an indepth review on the food these teams create, read Orange County Mexican Restaurants. The Orange County Register also spoke to the producers of the show, and even if they didn't manage to get any spoilers, they do give us a behind the scenes idea of what these trucks will do for a win.
