Stolen OC Poochie Makes it Home for Christmas

Here's a feel-good holiday story for animal lovers - when Meko the dog was stolen from his family while on vacation in Arizona, the O'Briens didn't think they would find him again, especially after a year. During those months, their seven-year-old daughter, Mady, had been diagnosed with brain cancer and it was during that tough time that the Yavapai Humane Society called with some much-needed good news. After sixteen months and 375 miles, Meko had been found just in time to bring some Christmas cheer to his family in San Juan Capistrano.
