If you like beer, (I mean really, really, like beer) but you don't want to sacrifice your healthy lifestyle for it, Anaheim has the answer for you: Saturday is the 1st Annual OC Fest of Ales and Beer Run 5K, which promises something for beer lovers of every type.

Depending on the type of pass you buy (at this point they'll only be available at the event), you'll be able to partake in any of the things scheduled to happen including:
• 100 beers to sample
• Food truck challenge
• VIP beer garden
• Beer Run 5K
• Beer pong

While the Fest of Ales is not open to children (or dogs for that matter), the Beer Run does allow children, and when bought as a combo pass, can be followed with a pancake breakfast (beer battered, of course, but we're sure they have the straight stuff too).
