Do Society a Favor and Wash Your Dog

This Saturday, the Costa Mesa Bark Park will be holding its annual Bath’stille Day Dog Wash & Vendor Fair, where for the kindly fee of $20 you can get your pooch washed ($5 extra for a nail trim). The proceeds will go towards the nonprofit park that is run by volunteers and residents.

The event is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will include food trucks, vendors, barbecue, raffles, adoptions, and face painting (for your kids that is). For $25 you can get your dog microchipped (courtesy of the German Shepard Rescue of Orange County) or have them run an agility course for $5! I don’t know what that is, but it sounds like something I’d probably fail at.

It’s a cash only event, so make sure to stop at the ATM before hand.

When: July 9th, 2011
Time: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: 890 Arlington Dr., Costa Mesa
